Quality policy
Bazzana F.lli srl has decided to adopt a Quality
Management System compliant with the UNI EN ISO
9001: 2015 standard, to promote the development of a
culture of quality by focusing attention on the
expectations of customers and stakeholders, aimed at
an improvement in terms of effectiveness and
efficiency by reducing the costs deriving from non-
quality. The Management considers it essential, for
this purpose, to establish an environment suitable for
the correct performance of the activities, through the
responsibility and awareness of the problems inherent
to the quality of all the staff who work within the
organization.
Through the Quality Management System, the
Management promotes all the necessary actions in
order that the processes and activities are carried out
in compliance with the efficiency and quality criteria,
activating a company management system aimed at
pursuing the following objectives:
Continuous improvement of Customer
Satisfaction and in particular:
Reduction of external non-conformities
Reduction of delivery times
Continuous improvement of performance in
terms of productivity and quality
The management system represents the tool through
which to achieve, as well as monitor, the achievement
of the aforementioned objectives.
The company's policy is to achieve these objectives
through risk-based thinking, the control of all business
processes and the sharing of information.
A key element in identifying potential business process
risks is communication. Through periodic meetings
and adequate reporting channels, we want to
increase control over the processes and become
aware of the risks present or as soon as they are
found. Management is responsible to share the risk-
based thinking process to all employees of the
company.
The General Management has appointed the Quality
Manager as its representative with responsibility for
managing and controlling the Quality System and for
preparing an annual report on its state of
implementation and effectiveness.
